Microsoft SPLA là chương trình duy nhất cho thuê theo tháng bản quyền phần mềm Microsoft dành cho Server

Microsoft SPLA là chương trình hợp lệ duy nhất dành cho các nhà cung cấp dịch vụ (các loại hình bản quyền khác chỉ được phép sử dụng nội bộ, không được phép cung cấp dịch vụ ra bên ngoài)

Phù hợp với nhà cung cấp dịch vụ như Services Provider, System Integration, Telco... không phù hợp với Khách hàng đầu cuối

Nhà Cung Cấp Dịch Vụ sử dụng các phần mềm trong hệ thống SPLA như: Windows, SQL, Exchange... xây dựng thành gói dịch vụ đa dạng, có bản quyền cung cấp đến Khách hàng đầu cuối

Các dịch vụ có thể cung cấp cho Khách hàng đầu cuối như: Web Hosting, Cloud VPS, Email, Database, Skype...
